My name is Sam and with the help of my small team of wonderful teachers, we aim to spread the joy that is dance and movement. Having seen the benefits it has made to my own daughter, I know we offer a range of fantastic programmes for children and adults who are returning to exercise.
Please note, our community classes are currently on hold until the new year as I will be recovering from quite a big operation scheduled for later this month BUT please do stay in touch via Facebook Messenger (Facebook link below) and we will endeavour to keep you updated.

We are currently compiling a waiting list for our new venues in Gillingham, Rochester and Lordswood so if any of these areas are of interest then please do get in touch for more information.
RE-LAUNCH UPDATE
Following ill health last year, I have now had an operation and am feeling much happier and healthier so over the next few months we hope to re-launch some new classes so please watch this space :D

Active Creative Parties are movement-based parties that are individually designed to reflect your child’s age and interests.
A fantastic mixture of games, dancing, singing and P.E. activities will ensure that your child has an “all singing, all dancing” action packed party!
• DINKY DANCERS parties are a great adventure for children aged 2 – 4 years
• BOOGALOO BOOGIE parties will be loved by children aged 5 – 7 years
• MOTION COMMOTION parties specialise in fun and funky movement for children aged for 8 – 12 year olds.
We plan each party so that your child has the party he or she has dreamt and talked about all year and a party that adults love too! Our party leaders really care about their parties and pre-party planning with Mum or Dad ensures that we make the birthday girl or boy feel very special.
Corporate Parties Holding an event or wanting to treat your staff's families to a fun day? We would be delighted to run a Dinky Dancers, Boogaloo Boogie or Motion Commotion party at your school, nursery, crèche, fun day or special event any day of the week.
What to expect at an Active Creative party: The party leader will arrive 15 minutes before the party to meet the party child and to set up the equipment. We need space, smiley faces and a power source. We are happy to lead parties indoors or outdoors, wherever there is enough space.
